Swedish Massage - $90.00/hr.
This classic European body massage technique uses soothing, relaxing strokes to increase circulation, improve skin and muscle tone, and achieve total relaxation.

Sports Massage - $100.00/hr.
Massage dedicated to increasing joint mobility, soothing aching muscles and relieving stress. We customize this treatment to address your individual areas of muscle fatigue and tension.

Hot Stone Massage - $125.00/hr.
Experience the incredible relaxation achieved through this spa treatment. The hot stone experience relieves pain, promotes harmony, balance and peace. This therapeutic treatment is especially good for areas of chronic muscle pain. Stones are used to sedate & dilate the blood vessels helping to take the body into a deeper state of relaxation.

Neck & Shoulders Massage - $75.00/45 min.
We concentrate on releasing tension in the neck and shoulder area where physical and emotional stresses most often manifest themselves. Enjoy this refreshing massage for quick relief on the run!

Couple's Massage - $210.00/hr.
Enjoy the relaxation of a full body 1 hour Swedish Massage with someone that is special to you. This can be done simultaneously in the privacy of your room upon request at scheduling. Avamere, Albemarle, Newcastle & Pinewood rooms only.

Reiki Massage - $90.00/hr.
Reiki is a healing energy. Balanced energy flows through the therapist's hands as they are placed on your body. Reiki energy helps bring balance on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. This full body treatment will leave you thoroughly relaxed.

Massages require 48 hours to schedule. Massages cancelled less than 48 hours are fully charged .

Spa Tower

Visit the private library tower / spa room with beautiful views of the Virginia Beach skyline and Atlantic Ocean. Venture up the custom oak spiral stair case to a secluded retreat. Select a book from the ever growing library. Reserve time for a massage in the tower by the sea.
